The Board of Regents Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute Development Office, a non-profit organization, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in an office setting and be comfortable with technology. The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. 

The candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Director with appointment and travel scheduling, preparation of correspondence and other documents, interaction with potential donors and other professionals. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. 

Position can be on-site and remote provided call forwarding of the main phone line to a cell phone is available.  Paid vacation and sick leave are part of the compensation package. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
